General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the "widerstoff" online shop by consumers (§ 13 BGB). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Contracting Party

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer. Acceptance is confirmed via email.

4. Prices

All stated prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown.

5. Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping is worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process. Delivery time is usually 3-6 business days (print-on-demand production and shipping).

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Klarna, credit card, prepayment, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions (see cancellation policy).

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of widerstoff until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
